Revocation of Power of Attorney

This Revocation of Power of Attorney (the “Agreement”) is made and effective this 4th day of April, 2019,

BETWEEN: Weatherman Time, Inc (the 'Attorney'), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Ohio with its head office located at: 20 North Broadway, Suite 1800, Cleveland, Ohio 44113-2241

AND: Wood Crapo LLC (the 'Client'), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the California with its head office located at: 2500 Terminal Tower, 50 Public Square, Sacramento, California 46107

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the [GENERAL OR SPECIAL] Power of Attorney executed by [NAME OF PRINCIPAL], constituted and appointed [NAME OF ATTORNEY], for the purpose set forth in said Power of Attorney, is hereby wholly revoked, cancelled and annulled.

This document acknowledges that the Client – grantor of the Power of Attorney – hereby revokes, rescinds and terminates said Power of Attorney and all authority, rights and power thereto effective this date.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement on the date first above written.
