Transfer of Title Warranty Deed

This Transfer of Title Warranty Deed (the “Agreement”) is made and effective this 4th day of April, 2019,

BETWEEN: Jeffrey Jones (the 'Grantor'), an individual with his main address at: 19th Floor, 1608 Walnut Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85016

AND: Hanna Westcott (the 'Grantee'), an individual with her main address at: 777 South Figueroa Street, Suite 3307, Salt Lake City, Utah 43230

In consideration of the terms and covenants of this agreement, and other valuable consideration, the parties agree as follows:

TERMS

Title to property shall be transferred and given by seller to purchaser on the close of this transaction by general warranty deed [IDENTIFY], with the usual covenants of title, with title to the property being free and clear of all liens and possessions except as otherwise provided in this contract, with documentary transfer stamps in the proper amount attached to the deed.
