I have been a policyhilder of Wood Crapo LLC for two years. My premiums have been paid on time. On Wednesday, October 08, 2008, I was involved in an accident. As the enclosed police statement validates, this episode was not my fault; therefore, I cannot understand why the insurance money is not forthcoming. Because I have experienced a dissatisfying lack of response from my local agent, Stephen Cochran at 2134 West Laburnum Ave, Richmond, Virginia ((555)111-11-11), I trust you will personally investigate this matter.

I cannot believe that you condone such inaction on the part of your agents or that Wood Crapo LLC does not provide reciprocal loyalty to its policyholders. I expect to be reimbursed for one thousand two hundred thirty-four dollars ($1,234.00) immediately.
