Demand for Payment on Installment Promissory Note

Dear Miss Westcott,

I am the holder of your installment promissory note dated March 20, 2008 in the amount of $1,000.00 payable to Jeffrey Jones or order.

You are in default on the note for failure to pay the installment due on August 31, 2008 in the amount of $1,000.00.

Unless I receive payment of the installment in full at this office within ten (10) days of the date of this letter, I will demand immediate payment of the remaining balance of the note.
